Plan. Build. Run together.

We deliver technology through a managed services model, with your team setting priorities and approving the plan.

Plan. Build. Run together.

Plan. Build. Run together.

Step 1: Plan.

There are two ways to start.

Discovery

We interview the people who run the business, map your systems, and agree on priorities. You receive a written plan covering what we'll build first, how it will be tested, where it will run, and what the platform is allowed to do.

Diagnostic (for companies with existing data or AI work)

A review of your current data, pipelines, and any AI work already done. You get a written report on what works, what needs fixing, and where to start. It's yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.

Step 2: Build.

We build and evolve your platform through managed services, working with your team on the technology your business needs. Work is prioritized together and tested against the criteria you approved in the plan.

Step 3: Run together.

Once the build is accepted, your team and ours operate the platform side by side under Managed Services. You bring what's changing in the business. We make the changes, keep it running, and review it with you every month.

What you can count on.

Read-only by default.

We connect to your systems without changing them. Your systems stay the source of truth.

Your own environment.

Every client runs in a dedicated environment. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's or used to train anything outside it.

You choose where it runs.

We host it, or it runs in your own cloud.

The platform does only what you allow.

You decide whether it only reads and reports, or can also propose actions for a person to approve. Every proposal and approval is logged.

You own what we build for you.

Your data model, business definitions, reports, and documentation are yours. QubeAI™ stays ours, licensed to you permanently as part of what we deliver.

Documented for continuity.

We document the data model, business definitions, workflows, and operating responsibilities so your team can understand and maintain what we deliver.
